In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with pet parents and ensuring they find the best nutrition and accessories for their furry companions. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside experienced professionals, gaining valuable skills in customer service, sales, and product knowledge.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the store.
- Assist customers in selecting the right pet food, treats, and accessories based on their pet’s needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pet care, store policies, and product availability.
- Support inventory management and participate in stock replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any field (students in Animal Science, Business, or Hospitality are preferred).
- A genuine passion for animals and a strong desire to learn about pet care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 5kg).
