Your role is crucial in driving sales while building strong, trust-based relationships with our clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultation and recommendations on pet food, nutrition, accessories, and healthcare products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a loyal customer base through personalized interactions.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including product display, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
- Process customer transactions accurately via the POS system while handling cash and card payments.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock receiving, labeling, and cycle counts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and create a positive work atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- A genuine passion for animals and their well-being is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Available to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Physically fit to handle pet products and stock (up to 15kg).
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or a pet care environment is a bonus.
