- Deliver personalized product recommendations based on pet species, age, and health needs
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Process customer transactions accurately while upselling relevant products and services
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in stock replenishment procedures
- Participate in store promotions and loyalty program initiatives to drive customer retention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and expertise
Kualifikasi
- Genuine passion for animals and commitment to pet welfare standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of pet nutrition, health, and behavior (training provided)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
