- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and empathy.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or pet industry is a plus.
- Strong passion for animals and general knowledge of pet care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
