Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive grooming services including bathing, brushing, de-shedding, and breed-specific styling
- Conduct thorough skin and coat examinations to detect parasites, fungal infections, or abnormalities
- Execute safe and precise trimming of nails, ears, and fur using professional grooming equipment
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols for grooming tools and facilities to prevent cross-contamination
- Provide detailed aftercare instructions and product recommendations to pet owners
- Handle emergency grooming situations calmly and effectively while prioritizing animal welfare
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with veterinary staff when addressing skin health concerns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional grooming experience or certified grooming program completion
- Expertise in handling diverse dog and cat breeds with varying coat types and temperaments
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, skin conditions, and parasite identification
- Proficiency in using grooming tools (clippers, dryers, scissors) and handling equipment maintenance
- Certification in pet first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Exceptional patience and ability to calm anxious animals through gentle handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and addressing client concerns
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift pets up to 25kg
