- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, offering product recommendations and advice
- Assist customers with product selection, including food, toys, accessories, and healthcare items
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness
- Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately
- Feed, care for, and monitor animals in the store, ensuring their well-being
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory
- Participate in store promotions and special events
- Build relationships with regular customers and understand their pet's needs
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Genuine love for animals and understanding of basic pet care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of pet products and nutrition is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
