Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries regarding pet food, accessories, and supplies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, display counters, and restrooms.
- Assist in stocking merchandise, organizing inventory, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure popular items are always in stock.
- Provide basic pet care advice and tips to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Keep the reception area tidy and manage incoming phone calls or messages in a polite and efficient manner.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a pet store, animal clinic, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating a POS system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and stocking shelves.
- A genuine passion for animals and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
