Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product recommendations and nutritional advice to pet parents to ensure the best care for their pets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and inventory replenishment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing pet health concerns and helping customers navigate our premium product selection.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets and operational goals set by store management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, pet nutrition research, and new product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or pet care-related industries is highly preferred.
- Genuine passion for animal welfare and a deep interest in pet nutrition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Capable of working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with retail management software.
