Tanggung Jawab
- Manage fuel dispensing operations and ensure accurate customer transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the entire forecourt area
- Assist customers with inquiries, payments, and basic vehicle services
- Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate refueling schedules
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions securely
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Support convenience store operations including stock management and merchandising
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong numerical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform outdoor duties
- Clean criminal record and valid work authorization for Malaysia
