Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily station operations, including fuel dispensing and convenience store functions.
- Lead and motivate a team of service attendants to ensure high performance and morale.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance checks on pumps and equipment.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and prepare accurate daily financial reports.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or retail role is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good computer literacy, particularly for POS systems and reporting.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
