Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily petrol station operations including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality standards
- Monitor sales performance and implement operational improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and product rotations
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and security of station premises
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and cash management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Valid driving license (preferably with clean record)
- Proficient in basic computer applications
