Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all office areas including workstations, common spaces, restrooms, and meeting rooms
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
- Manage inventory and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and office amenities
- Assist with basic office support tasks like document delivery, mail handling, and meeting room preparation
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to facility management
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to support office events and activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning/janitorial services preferred
- Physical ability to perform standing, bending, and lifting tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable punctual attendance and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
