Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service at all touchpoints

- Coordinate vehicle delivery and pickup services for customers
- Process rental agreements and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate with service centers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or field operations preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and inspection
- Physical fitness for field work and vehicle handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
