In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between manufacturing and logistics, ensuring that parts data is accurate, up-to-date, and synchronized across all operational channels. You will be responsible for optimizing the storage and retrieval processes, ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time, every time. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the Plant Floor Electronic Part (PFEP) system, ensuring 100% accuracy of item master data and material specifications.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers, manufacturing units, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and availability.
- Develop, update, and standardize operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling, labeling, and storage.
- Analyze inventory data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP modules.
- Conduct regular physical audits of storage locations to verify data accuracy against the digital system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for engineering and logistics teams regarding material specifications and technical queries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Logistics) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory control, and material management concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
