Indowire is seeking a strategic and results-oriented PGA & Legal Manager to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, overseeing the integrated functions of Personnel Administration, General Affairs, Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), and Corporate Legal affairs.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between human resource operations and legal compliance, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with Indonesian labor laws while fostering an efficient and safe working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily operations within the Personnel Administration, General Affairs, and SHE departments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of corporate legal matters, including contract drafting, review, and litigation mitigation.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations regarding labor laws and workplace safety standards.
- Develop and implement organizational policies that enhance operational efficiency and workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on site safety metrics, ensuring compliance with SHE protocols.
- Act as a primary liaison between the company and external legal counsel or government authorities.
- Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership regarding regulatory risks and administrative improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role covering PGA and/or Legal operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and SHE regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in administrative reporting and document management software.
