Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of clinical department processes to ensure alignment with client standards.
- Maintain high levels of documentation accuracy and quality assurance across all assigned medical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve clinical inquiries and process bottlenecks efficiently.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in departmental workflows.
- Act as a subject matter expert for clinical processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with internal healthcare protocols and international data privacy regulations.
- Participate in regular audits to identify opportunities for procedural enhancement and efficiency gains.
Kualifikasi
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the PRC.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or BPO-healthcare setting.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
