Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products within the Makati-Taguig territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate clinical information
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Organize and participate in medical conferences and promotional events
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales or medical sales experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle for fieldwork
- Deep understanding of local healthcare market dynamics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
