Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for a diverse portfolio of Rx and OTC pharmaceutical products within the Marikina-Rizal territory.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other key medical staff.
- Conduct compelling and informative product presentations and educational sessions to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data.
- Strategically plan and execute daily call cycles and territory management activities to maximize reach and frequency with target HCPs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather valuable market intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and territory performance.
- Represent Pharma Nutria N.A. Inc. at medical conferences, symposia, and other professional events to enhance brand visibility and network with industry stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines governing pharmaceutical sales and interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Nursing, or a related science/business field.
- Proven track record of 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge (Rx and OTC), and medical terminology.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Marikina-Rizal area.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
