Tanggung Jawab
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory procurement, storage, and distribution systems
- Ensure compliance with national pharmaceutical regulations and hospital policies
- Oversee medication preparation, dispensing, and quality control processes
- Conduct regular audits of pharmaceutical operations and documentation
- Train healthcare staff on proper medication handling and safety protocols
- Collaborate with medical teams to optimize pharmaceutical service delivery
- Implement sustainable inventory management practices
- Monitor and maintain equipment for pharmaceutical storage and preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or pharmaceutical setting
- Certification in pharmaceutical management or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM, POM)
- Experience with inventory management systems and healthcare software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
