Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications, ensuring proper dosages, labeling, and patient instructions.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining drug interactions, side effects, and adherence protocols.
- Manage and monitor drug inventory, including ordering, receiving, storing, and rotating stock to prevent expiry and ensure availability.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and national pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and WE HOPE MEDICAL GROUP's policies and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and resolve medication-related issues.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on dispensed medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and compassionate patient counseling.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant computer applications.
