Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and safely in accordance with medical directives and regulatory standards.
- Provide professional, evidence-based advice on medications, health conditions, and over-the-counter wellness products.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving stock, conducting stocktakes, and reordering pharmaceutical supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with local pharmaceutical laws, Watsons policies, and Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP).
- Assist customers with health-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment for staff and customers.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) from an accredited university.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Malaysian Board of Pharmacy and a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Previous retail pharmacy experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in dispensing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
