Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense Medications: Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications to patients, verifying all doctor's orders and prescriptions.
- Drug Interaction Review: Monitor patient profiles to identify potential drug-drug interactions or contraindications and consult with physicians if necessary.
- Patient Counseling: Provide clear and comprehensive counseling to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and proper storage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate pharmaceutical inventory records, manage stock levels, and order supplies efficiently.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local health regulations, pharmacy laws, and safety protocols at all times.
- Health Education: Promote wellness by offering health screenings and providing general health information to customers.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation in compliance with medical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Licensure: Licensed Pharmacist (RPh) with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice in the Philippines.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Proven experience in retail or hospital pharmacy operations is preferred.
- Medical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and medical terminology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare providers.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure patient safety and the accuracy of prescriptions.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and care.
