- Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosages and potential drug interactions
- Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and therapeutic alternatives
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, ordering, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans
- Maintain precise patient medication records and documentation
- Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical innovations and therapeutic guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification
- Valid Malaysian pharmacist license and registration with the Pharmacy Board
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital or retail pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and compounding
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and inventory software
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance
