Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense oncology medications, chemotherapy agents, and general pharmaceuticals accurately and in strict compliance with hospital protocols.
- Maintain optimal pharmacy inventory levels, ensuring proper storage conditions, particularly for cold-chain medicines and hazardous substances.
- Conduct thorough reviews of doctor prescriptions to identify potential drug interactions, correct dosages, and ensure patient safety.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, PDEA, and Department of Health (DOH) regulations, including precise record-keeping of controlled substances.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams (oncologists, surgeons, nurses) to optimize patient drug therapy regimens.
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff in daily clinical and administrative operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited university.
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist in the Philippines with a valid PRC license.
- Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy or specialized cancer center is highly advantageous, but driven fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology, drug interactions, and sterile compounding processes.
- Familiarity with PDEA, FDA, and DOH regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a high-accuracy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient counseling and team collaboration.
