Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately while ensuring clinical appropriateness.
- Provide professional counseling to patients regarding medication dosages, potential side effects, and general wellness.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock control, ordering, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Oversee and train pharmacy assistants to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and local health regulations.
- Collaborate with management on promotional activities to drive retail growth and community engagement.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure pharmacy premises at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid Type A License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and customers.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a strong interest in business growth and future partnership opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is a strong advantage.
