Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to customers regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Accurately dispense medications and ensure all pharmacy documentation complies with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of essential health products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace in accordance with MOH regulations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to promote health and wellness initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Identify and report adverse drug reactions or medication errors in line with safety protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) or Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Possess a valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude toward professional development and staying updated on pharmacological advancements.
