Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves, tracking expiration dates, and monitoring stock levels.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at the pharmacy counter.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding non-prescription items and general health advice.
- Assist in administrative tasks and record-keeping for pharmacy operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma in Pharmacy / relevant field.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, and local dialects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle medication with high accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems.
- Strong sense of integrity and commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
