As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing our inventory, assisting with the dispensing process, and maintaining the highest standards of pharmacy cleanliness and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the licensed Pharmacist in the accurate dispensing of medications and health supplements.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by answering inquiries and offering appropriate product recommendations.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock expiry dates, and perform routine stock takes.
- Process customer transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the pharmacy storefront is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and patient information in accordance with privacy policies.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy daily.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; certificate in Pharmacy Assistant studies is a distinct advantage.
- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using retail software/POS systems.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy when handling medical products.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or shifts as required by the pharmacy roster.
