Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and health management strategies
- Conduct health screenings and provide professional advice on over-the-counter products
- Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and cold chain logistics
- Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and dispensing protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with valid Malaysian Pharmacy Board registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in community pharmacy or retail healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
- Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and inventory software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Certification in CPR or basic life support preferred
