Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to all pharmaceutical regulations
- Provide professional advice and information to customers regarding medications, health products, and wellness solutions
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and tracking pharmaceutical products
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of medications, prescriptions, and inventory
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers to ensure quality products and services
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Valid pharmacist license in Indonesia
- At least 1 year of working experience in a retail pharmacy setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medications, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with pharmacy management systems
