In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between clinical excellence and digital distribution, ensuring that our pharmaceutical and cosmetic products reach customers safely and efficiently.
You will oversee the integrity of our inventory, manage compliance for online medical sales, and act as a key point of contact for quality assurance within our digital supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the accurate dispensing and safe distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company quality standards for e-commerce transactions.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including stock monitoring, expiry tracking, and rotation.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure optimal storage conditions for temperature-sensitive items.
- Provide expert clinical guidance to customer service teams regarding product inquiries.
- Perform regular audits to ensure documentation and licensing requirements are met for online pharmaceutical sales.
- Coordinate with regulatory affairs to maintain updated product registrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines (PRC License required).
- Prior experience in a community pharmacy, hospital, or warehouse distribution setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Philippine FDA regulations and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with inventory management software or E-Commerce platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality patient safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
