Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications and ophthalmic products to patients with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring stock levels
- Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage, dosage, and potential side effects
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal medication therapy
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication dispensing logs in compliance with regulations
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and hospital policies
- Stay updated on the latest developments in ophthalmic medications and treatments
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid Malaysian Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for pharmacists
- Previous experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting preferred
- Knowledge of ophthalmic medications and treatments is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
