- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to physician orders and hospital protocols
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, ensuring proper understanding of dosage, administration, and potential side effects
- Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness, interactions, and adverse reactions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
- Participate in the development and implementation of hospital drug policies and procedures
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of medications
- Maintain accurate and complete medication records and documentation
- Stay current with pharmaceutical advancements, new medications, and treatment protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug interactions, and pharmacology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient counseling
- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and documentation
