Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations (BPOM, POM) and international standards
- Oversee daily technical operations of the pharmacy including dispensing, inventory control, and drug safety protocols
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for pharmaceutical operations
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain regulatory compliance
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff on medication safety, handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory systems including stock rotation, expiry monitoring, and waste disposal
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management
- Stay current with pharmaceutical regulations and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) from an accredited institution
- Valid Indonesian pharmacist license (STRAP) with active registration
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and GMP standards
- Proven experience in inventory management and pharmaceutical quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in pharmaceutical management or regulatory compliance preferred
