Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to customers regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medicines in accordance with pharmacy regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct health screenings and provide wellness consultations to support preventative healthcare.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage procurement of pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain organized and compliant patient records while ensuring strict patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with store management to drive health category sales and implement promotional activities.
- Supervise pharmacy assistants to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow within the pharmacy department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an institution recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Must be a fully registered pharmacist (Provisionally Registered Pharmacists are welcome to apply).
- Valid Annual Retention Certificate (ARC) from the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially regarding medication safety.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail environment.
