Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide clear patient counseling on usage, dosage, and potential side effects
- Conduct medication reviews and optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients with chronic conditions
- Manage pharmacy inventory, ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and resolve medication-related inquiries
- Implement health promotion initiatives and educate customers on preventive healthcare practices
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and maintain high standards of operational efficiency
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical innovations, drug interactions, and treatment guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Current registration with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Minimum 2 years of community pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and ethical practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to counsel diverse patient populations
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
- Commitment to continuous professional development and health education
