Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional counseling on prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and health supplements to customers.
- Accurately dispense medications and ensure all pharmacy operations comply with the Poison Act and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stock rotation, and monitoring of expiry dates within the pharmacy department.
- Conduct health screenings and provide advice on chronic disease management and smoking cessation.
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy assistants to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical trends and products to provide accurate information to shoppers.
- Support retail promotional activities and contribute to the achievement of store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid Type A License (Annual Practicing Certificate).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical info simply.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment.
