Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while verifying prescriptions for safety and appropriateness
- Counsel patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions in clear, understandable terms
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles while ensuring strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes and resolve medication-related issues
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and proper storage of medications
- Stay updated on new medications, treatment protocols, and pharmaceutical regulations
- Participate in health promotion activities and provide over-the-counter medication guidance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid pharmacist license issued by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and therapeutic principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex medical information simply
- Attention to detail with precision in medication dispensing and record-keeping
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Previous hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software systems
