Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while strictly adhering to legal and safety regulations.
- Provide comprehensive general healthcare advice and counseling to customers regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Recommend appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) products and supplements based on individual customer needs and symptoms.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for prescription and non-prescription drugs.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and the store management team to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid license to practice in Malaysia.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a retail pharmacy or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, dosage forms, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing.
