Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications with precision and provide clear usage instructions to patients
- Counsel customers on medication interactions, side effects, and proper storage protocols
- Conduct health screenings and provide basic medical advice under professional guidelines
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and expiration tracking
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
- Promote wellness products and preventive health services to customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid Malaysian Pharmacy Board license
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex medical information clearly
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in dispensing medications
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
