Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense prescription medications with precision while providing comprehensive patient counseling
- Conduct health screenings and medication reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes
- Develop personalized wellness plans aligned with our 'BeInGoodhealth' initiative
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for integrated patient care
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations
- Lead community health awareness programs on disease prevention and medication safety
- Maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy documentation systems
- Train pharmacy assistants on dispensing protocols and customer service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with current Malaysian pharmacist license
- Minimum 2 years of community pharmacy experience in Malaysia
- Certification in Pharmaceutical Care or Clinical Pharmacy preferred
- Strong proficiency in dispensing software and healthcare IT systems
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English
- Proven ability to manage complex medication regimens
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care ethics
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian healthcare regulations and insurance systems
