Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional medication counseling and clinical advice to customers.
- Ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock procurement for the pharmacy department.
- Provide value-added health services, such as blood pressure monitoring, health screenings, and nutritional advice.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and pharmacy operations in compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
- Collaborate with the store management team to drive sales targets and health-focused campaigns.
- Mentor and guide pharmacy assistants to ensure operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) or Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passionate about community pharmacy and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of integrity.
