Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately interpret and verify prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional standards
- Provide expert medication counseling and health advice to patients and caregivers
- Conduct medication therapy management and drug utilization reviews
- Maintain precise patient records and pharmacy documentation
- Ensure compliance with Health Sciences Authority (HSA) regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure proper storage of medications
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences from a recognized institution
- Valid pharmacist registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical science, drug interactions, and clinical pharmacy practices
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities in English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy settings is advantageous
