Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications and provide clear, comprehensive counseling to patients on proper usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Conduct health screenings and offer professional advice on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and general wellness.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing pharmaceutical products, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Strictly adhere to all local pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.
- Supervise and train pharmacy assistants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in all patient interactions.
- Engage proactively with customers, addressing their health concerns and providing exceptional service to enhance their Watsons experience.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge and practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) from a recognized institution.
- Must be a fully registered Pharmacist with the Malaysia Pharmacy Board.
- Possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and a valid Type A Poison Licence.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience as a Pharmacist; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Strong commitment to patient care and customer service excellence.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
