Tanggung Jawab
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Maintain proper inventory management and stock control procedures
- Process prescriptions and verify patient information for accuracy
- Organize and label medications according to pharmaceutical standards
- Support daily pharmacy operations including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain clean and organized pharmacy workspace
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/CE or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in pharmacy or healthcare setting is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and documentation purposes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Responsible and trustworthy with sensitive information
