Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including tracking expiry dates and restocking shelves.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing patient inquiries regarding over-the-counter medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Handle cash register transactions and manage daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Support general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth clinic or pharmacy operations.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a recognized Diploma in Pharmacy Assistant.
- Possess a valid certification or registration relevant to pharmacy practice in Malaysia.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy for pharmacy management software usage.
- Ability to work full-time hours as scheduled in a clinical or retail environment.
