Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the pharmacist in the accurate preparation, labeling, and dispensing of prescribed medications.
- Maintain precise inventory levels, monitoring stock expiry dates, and conducting regular audits.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing patient inquiries regarding medication usage and basic health products.
- Ensure the pharmacy department adheres to strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance standards at all times.
- Manage patient records and pharmacy documentation accurately using internal computer systems.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless medication delivery within the hospital.
- Assist in the procurement of medical supplies and follow up on orders with internal and external suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Prior experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a compassionate attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and pharmacy management software.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by hospital operations.
