Tanggung Jawab
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications to patients
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock replenishment and inventory control
- Process and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
- Provide excellent customer service and answer patient inquiries about medications
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication dispensing logs
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Prepare and label medications according to established procedures
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Pharmacy Technician or related healthcare program
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication types
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication handling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Basic computer skills for prescription processing and inventory management
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (if applicable in the region)
