In this vital role, you will be the face of our pharmacy, providing essential support to our pharmacists and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing inventory, assisting with medication dispensing, and delivering exceptional customer service to our community.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Pharmacist in the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications to patients.
  • Provide superior customer service by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and processing payments efficiently.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing shelves.
  • Assist in the preparation and packaging of over-the-counter (OTC) products and health supplements.
  • Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, well-stocked, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy (relevant qualification is preferred).
  • Previous experience working in a pharmacy, clinic, or retail environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication handling procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy for inventory management and record-keeping systems.
  • Malaysian citizenship or valid work pass is required.
