We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join the team at POLIKLINIK KEMPAS INDAH. In this vital role, you will be the face of our pharmacy, providing essential support to our pharmacists and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing inventory, assisting with medication dispensing, and delivering exceptional customer service to our community.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Pharmacist in the accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications to patients.
- Provide superior customer service by greeting patients, answering inquiries, and processing payments efficiently.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and organizing shelves.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of over-the-counter (OTC) products and health supplements.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, well-stocked, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy (relevant qualification is preferred).
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy, clinic, or retail environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication handling procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management and record-keeping systems.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work pass is required.
