Tanggung Jawab
- Assist licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining prescription accuracy
- Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment and expiration monitoring
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to product inquiries
- Ensure pharmacy cleanliness and adherence to health and safety protocols
- Support administrative tasks including documentation and data entry
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize pharmacy operations
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of Pharmacy Technology, Pharmacy Assistant, or related healthcare program
- With or without prior pharmacy experience (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications if required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
